Terms of Service

These draft terms describe the intended service. The operator’s legal identity, jurisdiction, support contact, and final payment terms must be added before the public launch.

Using the service

You must be at least 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian, control the account you use, and have the rights needed to upload and edit each image. Do not use the service to violate another person’s rights, create unlawful or deceptive content, or interfere with the service.

AI-generated results

Image editing is probabilistic. Results may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your purpose. Instructions to preserve a person, product, or text are guidance and are not a guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing each result and deciding whether you may use it.

Free edits and credits

Eligible new accounts receive three free 1K edits. Each generation costs 2 credits at 1K, 4 credits at 2K, or 8 credits at 4K. Purchased credits do not expire under the current offer. A generation that fails without a deliverable result returns the credits used. Browsing, restoring, and downloading saved versions do not use generation credits.

Payments and refunds

Credit-pack prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Waffo processes payment. An order is complete when the payment provider confirms it and the corresponding credits are added to the account. If an edit is delivered but you are dissatisfied with its result, contact support for review; a refund is not automatic.

Storage and service availability

Images are private by default and are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. The service may be unavailable or change as models and infrastructure are updated. Keep copies of images you want to retain.

Suspension and changes

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, prevent abuse, or comply with law. The final operator may update these terms by posting a revised version. The published version should include an effective date and a working support contact.
